Change is challenging, but it is also inevitable. Therapy is all about navigating change: it's happening and we need help coping OR we're stuck and need help changing. Let's learn about how to successfully navigate change.

Bianca Farmer, LPC
We inevitably go through many life changes and events which can affect us in many different ways. You may experience happiness, sadness, anger, or hopelessness. You may be able to navigate through some of your emotions on your own, but there may be times when you feel as if you need more assistance. It is okay to not be okay. It is also okay to seek help. I truly enjoy working with individuals and helping them cultivate peace within themselves.

Victoria Banks, LPC
I believe that mental health matters. I enjoy working with people and helping in the local community. Although life can be challenging to manage, we are constantly presented with opportunities to grow. We can develop tools to become self-aware, empowered, and resilient. I help individuals on their journey to a more fulfilling and happier life.

Sarah B Love, LPC-S, MEd
Life is full of bumps and twists turns along our journey, and we are all faced with choices every day of how we look at and deal with these obstacles . My goal as a therapist is to gently guide individuals to a place where they recognize that they 1- have choices 2- can change the way that they view most any situation, and 3- can learn to like the person they are or can become.
While I understand these are very steep goals, I am confident that together we can work as a team and reach them, little by slow, at the pace you choose with as little pressure as possible and lots of encouragement and positivity! My favorite word is , “embrace” , and this describes my ultimate goal of therapy- embrace your gifts, flaws and full being and lets work together to tackle the things holding you back so that you can have the fulfilling life you deserve!

Hannah Schoonmaker, LMFT-Associate
At the core of my practice are empathy and gentleness, while reminding you of your inherent strengths. I use a solution-focused and emotionally-focused framework with my clients and incorporate mindfulness techniques. I am also an LGTBQ+ affirming therapist and love working with this community.
