Who am I?
At the core of my practice are empathy and gentleness, while reminding you of your inherent strengths. I use a solution-focused and emotionally-focused framework with my clients and incorporate mindfulness techniques. I am also an LGTBQ+ affirming therapist and love working with this community.
What is counseling like with me?
Hello! I am a Texas native who grew up in Argyle, TX. I found my way to Abilene through my undergraduate degree at ACU. I received my Bachelor of Science in 2018 and briefly moved to San Antonio for a few years before finding myself missing the people back in Abilene! I obtained my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2022 through ACU Online, actually completing my clinical hours at Mosaic Wellness. I am excited to be back at Mosaic Wellness and serving the people of Abilene, now practicing as an associate!

What insurances do I accept?
I offer individual therapy to those 18+ as well as couples and family therapy. Fees are $65 per hour session private pay. I am unable to accept insurance at this time.
