Who am I?

I have worked as an educator, teaching in public schools grade levels 4-12 for 8 years and enjoy all the experiences from that amazing job. I currently have 3 years of counseling experience from my graduate program and from working at Mosaic Wellness with individuals, families and couples.

What is counseling like with me?

When you meet with me, my hope is that you will feel safe to explore whatever brings you to counseling, even if you are struggling. I want to help you uncover your natural strengths and resiliency. My methods of treatment stem from cognitive behavioral, existential, person centered, and solution focused theories. I consider all facets of the individual, and tailor treatment to the specific needs of the client.

What insurances do I accept?

At this time, I do not accept insurance. My current fee is $65 per session. I can provide a superbill that you may submit to insurance for possible reimbursement. However, I cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed.
