Who am I?

I am Licensed Professional Counselor and national certified counselor. I received my BA in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy from Hardin-Simmons University and an MA in Clinical Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy from Hardin-Simmons University. I have 3 years’ experience administering psychological assessments.

What is counseling like with me?

My style of treatment is existential, person centered and solution oriented. I pull from a holistic framework to meet the needs of a person which includes biological, psychological, social and spiritual. I utilize different therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness,Solution Focused Therapy, Play Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I believe meaningful connection is important in the therapeutic process and healing. I also believe we can all find meaning in any circumstance whether it be during heartache or rejoicing.
