I offer therapy for individuals in an one-on-one, and group formats who are seeking help with their substance use. I believe in meeting people where they are and creating a safe environment for recovery. I utilize SMART goal planning, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), and motivational interviewing strategies to help you reach your recovery goals. Most importantly, I believe in a person-centered approach- making us a collaborative team in your recovery journey.
I completed my undergraduate work December 2018 at Texas Tech University where I majored in Psychology, English, and History. I will graduate from National University in the summer of 2024 with my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in Military Resilience. I am currently Licensed in the State of Texas as a Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern (LCDC-I).
