As humans, we will inevitably go through many life changes and events. Sometimes, those experiences can affect us in many different ways. You may experience moments of happiness, sadness, anger, or hopelessness. Some of these feelings, in turn, may impact how you view yourself and the world around you. Although you may be able to navigate through some of your emotions on your own, there may be times when you feel as if you need more assistance. It is okay to not be okay. It is also okay to seek help. I truly enjoy working with individuals and helping them cultivate peace within themselves and in their lives in general. I offer therapy for couples and individuals of all ages. I believe that individuals from all walks of life can benefit from therapy because it can help foster growth, empowerment, and fulfillment within themselves. I primarily use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) methods as well as person-centered, mindfulness, and play therapy techniques.
I provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and telehealth sessions. Some of the areas I have experience in are trauma, parenting, anxiety, depression, grief, anger, abuse, behavioral issues, self-esteem issues, and identity issues.
Every new day is a chance to change your life. Although reaching out for help is the first step, it's a big one! If you are thinking about starting therapy, I would love to assist you through your journey of healing and growth.
