Mosaic Wellness provides opportunity to work with excellently trained and licensed professionals to work through life stress, trauma, relationship challenges, mental and behavioral health issues. Therapists all have at minimum a Master's Degree in counseling or psychology and work collaboratively with clients to promote healing and wellness.
Mosaic Wellness facilitates a once-monthly Parenting Seminar which has operated in the Big Country for the past 10 years. Parenting on Two Feet is a seminar geared toward helping families who are going through divorce and needing help with co-parenting and blended family issues. It meets the requirements for the Texas Family Code to fulfill the directive to divorcing parents.
Mosaic Wellness operates an Anger Management process group that runs monthly for 2 hours per week for four weeks. We accept referrals from CPS, Parole and other agencies who mandate an Anger Management course.
Change can be hard and sometimes it helps to have someone to walk with you and give you constructive feedback so you can be your best self. Personal coaching can provide the structure that leads to the change you desire in your life. Mosaic Wellness offers coaching that can help. Individual coaching sessions can be scheduled with Allison Clifton and we also offer a variety of classes that assist with personal development in our "OTHER SERVICES" tab.

I received my BA in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy from Hardin-Simmons University and an MA in Clinical Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy from Hardin-Simmons University. As humans, we will inevitably go through many life changes and events. Sometimes, those experiences can affect us in many different ways. Although you may be able to navigate through some of your emotions on your own, there may be times when you feel as if you need more assistance. It is okay to not be okay. It is also okay to seek help. I truly enjoy working with individuals and helping them cultivate peace within themselves and in their lives in general. I offer therapy for couples and individuals of all ages. I believe that individuals from all walks of life can benefit from therapy because it can help foster growth, empowerment, and fulfillment within themselves. I primarily use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) methods as well as person-centered, mindfulness, and play therapy techniques.
